Each Development Plan will focus on specific actions to manage conflict effectively and deal with setbacks as they arise. They also explore how to monitor and obtain critical feedback on your goals.
This programme is recommended as a follow-on to the training workshops. It is also provided as a stand-alone programme for individuals who are not in a position to attend workshops.
